I found an interesting article today linked from SlashDot that I thought a few of you might enjoy, especially the geeks among us. With a number of major holidays nearing from several religions, it takes a look at comparing computer programming languages to some of those religions to help break both down for everyone a bit.

Perl would be Voodoo - An incomprehensible series of arcane incantations that involve the blood of goats and permanently corrupt your soul. Often used when your boss requires you to do an urgent task at 21:00 on friday night.
